Payment and Delivery

For your online payments, the amount will be charged from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellation due to possible order cancellation or stock issues, a refund to your credit card will be made within 14 business days.

Delivery

We strive to ship the products you ordered on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the shipping delivery time is 7 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delivery delay.

To ensure smooth product delivery, please provide the address of your current location as the delivery address.

Your requests will be processed for preparation according to the delivery type you specified at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent with Aras Kargo and Yurt İçi Kargo shipping companies. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of 7 (7) business days.

You can consult our customer representative regarding different delivery conditions. Also, cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.

Payment Tracking

If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed about this situation on the payment page.

In case of any error at the specified address, the orderer is contacted regarding the undelivered order.

The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is transferred.

We are responsible to the bank whose credit card system we use, as well as to the customer, regarding the realization of the delivery.

 

 Please note!

If you think the package is damaged during shipment, open and check it in front of the delivery company official. If you believe there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by having the cargo company prepare a report.

After the product is received, the cargo company is considered to have fully fulfilled its duty.

If you perform these steps, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
